Published Work

Published comprehensively on the subject of livestock sciences and the production of livestock products for human food: four books as sole author, two as joint author; some one hundred and fifty original peer-reviewed research papers published in scientific journals; ninety papers presented to learned scientific societies & published in proceedings; one hundred and forty plenary papers invited by scientific and technical congresses; and rather (too) many articles in professional and popular journals, and other publications and reports .
