Promoting Scotland's Finest Food

The Food Trust Scotland exists to develop a wider public understanding of the natural goodness, culture, and heritage of Scotland’s fine food. It seeks to improve Scottish health through education and training, research and publication. Further, to communicate knowledge of benefits of eating Scotland's fish, game, and naturally farmed foods.
